TROON'S CONSULTATION PROGRAM

Our typical 2-day program is focused on compliance, structure and the financial viability of the entity. 

Our first day is spent training you and your designated staff on the issues of compliance and structure as well as marketing. There are different ways to approach existing customers vs. new customers. You will come away with a plan of action.

Troon will create the financial proforma for your area and your operation so that it can be used as a platform for future operations. With the insertion of a few numbers the entire scenario will recalculate so that you can evaluate other combinations of partners quickly and easily.

On day two we will actually make presentations to your potential partners. We want you to learn the method of presentation that most excites the potential partners. You will hear the most often asked questions and more importantly you will learn the correct, compliant answers. 

Troon will prepare and leave with you a Power Point presentation specifically designed to accentuate the strengths of your organization.

Compliance is taken much more seriously by your potential partners if it comes from a third party - not to mention the country's leading experts in AfBAs. As a third party we can negotiate on your behalf more effectively, since your potential partners may only question your sincerity when you say "this is the normal cut for the managing member".

FINANCIAL SCENARIO AND PROJECTIONS
