L. Anastasi is the President of Troon Management Corp. Ms. Anastasi is an owner and President of
Genesis Abstract, Inc. in Hatboro, Pennsylvania, which she opened in 1994 after
spending 17 years with a regional title insurance underwriter. Ms. Anastasi received a Bachelor of Arts
degree from Colgate University. She
holds the highly coveted Certified Land Title Professional (CLTP) designation
and is a Past President of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association where she was
the first female president in the Association’s 80-year history. |

Ms. Anastasi has 30 years experience in the
title insurance business and established her first AfBA in 1984. A
nationally recognized speaker, Anne has made the keynote address at over 30 state
title association conventions, at numerous underwriter agent’s conferences and
at Condell & Company’s Title Tech and National Marketing Conference. |
| John F. (Chip) Lutz, II is Vice President of
Troon Management Corp. Mr. Lutz is also
the
owner and President of Sentry Abstract Company. Mr. Lutz received his Bachelor’s degree in
Banking and Finance and in Real Estate and Urban Land Studies from the University
of Florida in 1976 and received his law degree from Delaware Law School in
1985. He is a member of the Berks
County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and has 11 years experience in the
title insurance business. |

Chip
is one of the foremost amateur golfers in the country. His Junior, Am and Mid-Am victories are with
the Philadelphia Golf Association. Mr. Lutz is past chairman
of the Berks County Chamber of Commerce, the 3rd largest
Chamber in Pennsylvania. Mr. Lutz is a frequent speaker on
the topic of AfBAs bringing the legal issues into practical
everyday use. |
