In the current title industry environment, AfBAs have, across the nation, steadily replaced traditional title Agencies for three primary reasons:

1. They provide exemplary service, 

2. They provide the investing members with ancillary income to offset the constant rise in the cost of doing business, and;

3. They gain the investment member's access to another industry with minimal risk. 


Simply stated, our prospective members/investors have found that it makes good business sense to establish affiliated relationships to handle integral portions of the real estate settlement process as part of their long range business strategies.
